1️⃣. HOW MANY TRIPS IS THERE ROOM FOR?
In total, there are 11 trips in our Travel tales. You can always group one tale into a "bigger trip", for example, or you can write one travel tale per country or one travel tale per trip where you went to more than one country.
2️⃣. HOW BIG IS THE BOOK ITSELF?
The book is the A5 format, so 148 mm x 210mm (5.83 x 8.27 in) and it comes in 2 binding types which you can choose softcover matte or hardcover matte.
3️⃣. I ALREADY HAVE A JOURNAL, HOW IS TRAVEL TALES DIFFERENT?
Travel Tales is more than a journal. Besides giving you space for capturing details of your 11 remarkable journeys, it is also filled with travel trivia, jokes, and quizzes to provide fun and test your wanderlust knowledge.
4️⃣. DO YOU OFFER SOME SPECIFIC PACKAGING?
We are a small company and we are currently focusing on the product itself and we do not offer any additional special packaging.
5️⃣. HOW FAST WILL MY TRAVEL TALE ARRIVE?
Please bear with us, we are a small start-up and we print everything on demand from our print partners. This means that shipping time will be from 10 to 20 days depending on where you are from and the type of shipment. The exact estimation for shipping will be shown to you after you add your product to cart and go to the shipping section.
We do have tracking on all of our packages, so you will always know where your package is.
6️⃣. DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged items, we are happy to provide a replacement copy. Please notify us within 30 days of your order’s shipment date through our support email office@elture.com.
